Back from Boston
Well that was quick. The show I went up to Boston for went by like a flash. The one thing I really noticed this year was that the conversion is now complete: rather than selling, we are being sold. Rather than being the most interesting vendors there, we are the most interesting buyers. Of course,…

On my way to Boston
Sitting on the plane now, so just a quick post from my Blackberry before they close the boarding door. I’m on my way up to Boston for a PLM industry analyst’s show. It’s usually an interesting show becuase the lead analyst (and owner of the firm) has some odd power over all the CEOs of…

Another add to my gadget bag
I just picked up a Logitech Logitech® Cordless Presenter and added it to my gadget bag. It’s a little larger than I thought it would be, but I was looking for a bluetooth mouse for my HP TC1100 and I also needed a wireless presentation system. This is all of that and more, with an…

I am off today for a 3 day leadership development class. We have to turn in all electronics at the door, so the posts may be slow in coming the next few days. I’ll try to catch up on things at night as I can. One thing that someone out there may be able to…

I love winning free stuff!
I am a regular listener to the OnTheRun with Tablet PCs Podcast. It is one of the 25 feeds I am subscribed to in my podcatcher and it is often one of the first podcasts I listen to every Monday on the way in to work. The combination of software reviews, hardware reviews and personal…

Upgraded to WP 2.0
Well I took the plunge over the weekend and upgraded to Word Press 2.0 (2.01 to be exact ;-). The main changes I have noticed already are the WYSIWYG post editing, out of the box controls for formatting (rather than having to add plugins) and a direct interface to post pictures from the write screen. …
