This is another interesting post from Geoff Moore’s blog with some of his observations from his time in Davos. I think the three items in his model are interesting, but I find the 3rd one most compelling: the move from IT being used for transactions to being used for interactions. This is one of the key concepts we are trying to support with our open innovation messages.
