Its never the intended consequences that get you

I’m not sure if this is national news, but here in the northern Kentucky area there is a boom of sorts going on.  A heroin boom.  There are all sorts of public interest groups, task forces and proposed legislation to deal with the problem, but not many seem to be asking the simple question: where is all the heroin coming from and why the sudden increase in its usage.  Or maybe they are asking and they just don’t like the answers – because of you look too closely it seems that lot’s of good men and women died…so that lot’s of more good men and women can die.
