New grill

After lusting after them for over a year, I finally bit the bullet and bought a Big Green Egg this weekend.  I first tried some of the food off of one last summer and have wanted one ever since.  It took me a bit longer to get assembled than I would have thought at first (3 separate sets of instructions..come on guys!), but once it was together I had no problem at all getting it started and up to about 600 degrees in less than 10 minutes.  I tried some burgers first, and then later in the weekend some sausages.  I really want to try it as a smoker this week or weekend. In the mean time, I think I already sold one to my neighbor (wonder if I can get a commission ;-)).  I can’t recommend this product highly enough…if you have the desire and the means go get yourself one.
