BatteryGeek update

I’m not out of the woods yet, but things are looking up for me getting some use out of the extended battery I bought from Battery Geek. As I posted previously, I had a terrible time at first with them getting a battery that worked.  I sent an RMA in that was gone of more than a month a a half with no word.  Finally after a blog post a few weeks ago a new battery was shipped to me.  I got back in the office last week and charged it up.  I finally had time to try it today and what do I find: there isn’t a tip that fits my TC4400!!! Grrr.  Anyway, I sent an email to the support guys at Battery Geek and they responded in less than 10 minutes with an offer to send an extended set of tips.  Lets hope one of them works since I ship out for a two week trek through Japan, China and India on Wednesday.  Surely I don’t want to read a book for 14 hours ;-).
