One thing I've got to hand it to Google on

They always do great mobile versions of their products.  The mobile version of gmail is great (used it exclusively when I was in Europe last week) and it the mobile version of reader looks to be no different.  I am still leaning towards Newsgator as my primary reader, but the lack of a viable mobile version (the decicated client is unbearably slow and accesing the online version from the built in browser on a windows mobile device in unworkbale) is really a pain.
It’s also interesting that the Reader team choose to adopt the ‘river of news’ paradigm as their only display choice for the mobile version.  I wonder if Dave Winer will keep up his river of news versions of the NYT and other news sources?
