Corporate blogging policy

As I wrote the title of this post, it occurred to me that “blogging” and “policy” is a bit like “military” and “intelligence”.  However, I think I have finally convinced enough people inside my company that we need to get engaged in the conversation and start blogging, at least in some form.  The one request is that I help to develop a blogging policy so that when other people inside the company want to start something for their area of the business, they have some guidelines.

Anyone know of any good starting points for a set of blogging standards?  Has Microsoft or Google pusblished theirs anywhere?
