Steve and I get into a discussion about my post from the night before about gestures, marketing automation and VRM. Main thing I picked up was the idea that using gestures for your own purpose is not necessarily bad: as long as you are transparent about what you are doing and have permission to do it (avoiding the Google Reader problem from earlier this year). Then of course, you have to have something interesting and valuable to say to get any gestures thrown your way. Seems much clearer now.iron man online
