Fedex to Airbus: je veux mon dos d'argent

The fallout continues on the A380 delay by Airbus.  The manufacturing industry now has their worst case scenario defined for bad investments in PLM.  Now the question is qho will step up and attribute some great new product to their PLM system.

What’s really interesting to me now is that the A380 delay is starting to have a trickle down effect to compeltely different plane lines.  The delay has shaken confidence so much that now airlines seem to be looking for any reason to buy elsewhere.  In the article below Emirates canceled an order for A340s which have been shipping and in service for years.
