Video catching on PSP

I updated my PSP over the weekend to v2.80 of the firmware.  I had heard they added video casting support, but couldn’t find any documentation about the formats that were supported.  After searching around a bit, I decided to just try a few feeds, and sure enough Sony seems to support the iPod video RSS feed formats directly (MP4’s).  I subscribed to a few and now can download video podcasts directly to my PSP, with no PC required.  This has really demonstrated to me the value of having a direct connection for my next audio player.  Being able to keep my subscription list up to date and with me everywhere I go will be required for whatever I replace my 4th gen Ipod with.
