CATIA costs Airbus $6.1B in delays

Wonder if they will ask for a refund? This story keeps getting worse for Airbus and Dassault. I wonder if there is an emerging conspiracy theory opportunity here: is Dassault screwing up Airbus on purpose to help their aviation focused sister company?
