Getting more into Facebook

I’m getting more and more into Facebook.  The social network that underlies everything is the main reason most people are attracted to Facebook.  Being able to easily keep up with a large network of friends and colleagues is easier there than any other site.  But my increased attention has been driven by the large number of applications that let me connect with the things I am already doing elsewhere.  I now started connection my facebook profile with my Flickr account.  Then I got my Twitter account streamed in.  Now I have my blog account linked in (pardon the pun).  I think Facebook may end up being what I started to do with Yahoo Pipes: the aggregator of all the things I do on the web, but with the added benefit of connecting them directly with the people that I follow and that follow me.  Interesting…
