King for a day..or longer

Looks like Sealand is up for sale transfer.  Maybe I haven’t gone far enough in moving to the ex-urbs…maybe a principality is what I really need.  Of course that would get vetoed for this particular “island” as there doesn’t look to be much grass for the horses.
