AMR Roundtable at Innovation Leadership Summit

At the conclusion of the summit we had a small roundtable lead by Mike Burkett from AMR Research. The voices you’ll here in addition to Mike are Chris Lorence from GE Aircraft Engines, Shawn Greenwald from Motorola and Tim Coles from JCB. You’ll hear me in there too.  The discussion mainly focused on the early part of the product lifecycle, specifically portfolio management and ideation.  A few really interesting learning points for me, especially that in order for early stage tools to “work” they have to get out of the way of the end user and make their job easier.
