Sold (my house this time ;-))

Some of you may know that we’ve been in the process of finding a new house.  We found the perfect one a few weeks ago and went ahead and made an offer that wasn’t contingent on the sale of our existing home.  That put us in the uneviable position of having to pay two mortgages if we couldn’t sell our house.  Fortunately we received and accepted an offer tonight.  Now we find ourselves having to find a place to stay for the month in between we leave our present house and take possession of our new house.  Once that is clear, we should be out of the major waves of this transition.  Then we can start to do some of the fun stuff like paint and build stalls in the barn!
